Squad Streaks keeps a small crew moving with one shared streak that only stays alive if everyone shows up. Here's how to sort out the things people ask about most.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We email you a six-digit code — type it into the app to set a new password. The code works even if the emailed link doesn't open.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete account. It permanently removes your account, the squads you own, and everything you've logged. There's nothing to email us for — it happens right in the app.
Reminders aren't coming through
Tap Turn on reminders in Profile. If nothing happens, notifications are off at the system level — open your device Settings and allow notifications for Squad Streaks, then try again.
How do squads work?
Create a squad and share its invite code, or join one with a code a friend sends you. Everyone in the squad shares a single streak — one missed day at the deadline breaks it for the whole crew.
